Congratulations to the little prince
A "pram" with baby-blue flowers is placed in front of Copenhagen’s Cathedral as a special gift from Bygge- og Teknikforvaltningen.
Bygge- og Teknikforvaltningen flower group already got the idea to create the Pram-flowerpot last year, and it has been looking forward to displaying it, using the crown prince family’s growth, with a new member, as the occasion to do so.
Early Saturday morning, when the birth of the prince had been made official, the planting of the baby-blue flowers in the flowerpot was initiated.
The woven hood was a task demanded by Copenhagen Municipality.
The pram-flowerpot won a first-prize in a national competition amongst all municipalities city-gardeners.
